STEP2 After confirming the contents, we will contact you.
If you wish to request an inspection after being contacted by the Company, the process is as follows.

(1) Send the requested item to Reltec (2) receiving the quotation(3) Approve the contents of the quotation (start of inspection work) (4) After the inspection is completed, transfer the estimated amount(5) Receipt of inspected products


(1) Sending products to be inspected (customer⇒ RELTEC Medical Devices Corporation)
 Please send the following items to Reltec Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.
(Packaging: Article 8 of the After-sales Service Terms of Use)

■In the case of Electron Supplementation Devices (HD21, HsD)■In the case of Negative Ion Generator (IG-E1J)
①Product body 
②Conductor electrode plate, counter electrode plate
③Power cord, AC adapter (HsD is AC adapter only)
④Energy check (for HD21)

[About the shipping fee of the product requested for inspection (Customer⇒ Reltec Medical Device)]
Please ship at the customer’s expense. (Prepaid shipping fee)
Regardless of whether it is within or outside the warranty period, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, VAT and all other costs.
Even if the ship is shipped or exported by the customer’s preferred means of transportation, the contents of the export-related documents will be specified by the Company.

(2) Receive a quote
After inspecting the requested item, we will present you with a quotation by e-mail.
(Regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or outside the warranty period, inspection fees will be charged.)

(3) Approve the contents of the quotation (start of inspection work) 
・After receiving the customer’s approval of the contents of the quotation, the inspection work will begin.
If you cancel after receiving the quotation, we will charge you a cancellation fee and shipping fee.
 Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after approval of the contents of the quotation.

(4) After the inspection work is completed, the estimated amount will be transferred
・We will notify you of the completion of the inspection. Please transfer the estimated amount to our designated account.
(Please transfer by the due date specified by the Company. Payment will be made in Japan yen only. In addition, the customer is responsible for all costs required for the transfer. )

(5)Receipt of inspected products
After the inspection is completed, we will contact the customer and ship the inspected product.
In addition, the shipping address will be limited to the same address to which the customer shipped the item requested for inspection.


[About shipping fee for inspected products (Reltec Medical Equipment ⇒ customers)]
The shipping fee will be charged in the inspection quotation.
*Regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or outside the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for any import-related costs (customs duties, value-added tax, etc.) incurred at the customer’s site when returning the product from our company after the inspection is completed.
