Product inspection and repair
If the product requires inspection or repair, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the product or RELTEC.
(1) Repairs for products that have exceeded the warranty period and (2) product inspections at the customer’s request will be subject to a fee.
Maintenance period for discontinued products
“Maintenance” refers to the inspection, repair, and sale of consumables for the product, and “maintenance deadline” refers to the maintenance end date.
Please note that we will no longer be able to provide maintenance for products exceeding their maintenance deadline. The maintenance deadline ends on March 31 of the year following the date on which seven years have passed from the final shipping date or the final warranty date (if the date on which seven years have passed falls between January 1 and March 30, then the date will be March 31 of the same year).
